LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town Board of the Town of Tusten, Sullivan County, New York has hereby set a new water rate schedule that will take effect for the fourth quarter water usage (October 1 thru December 30) for the Narrowsburg Water District.
The following rates have been presented and approved at the June 8, 2021, Regular Town Board Meeting.

Definitions of Accounts:
- Residential: Dwelling units that do not generate revenue.
- Commercial: Real Estate which is used for business activities, which may include short- and long-term rentals and other businesses designed to produce revenue.
- Non-Profit: Legal entity that has obtained Internal Revenue Service designation under code.
- Municipal: Government entity which is affiliated and generally under the control of or owned by a state or local government.
- Out of District Residential: A residential account that is not within the borders of the district.
- Sprinkler System: Separate metered account for the purpose of fire suppression.
- Vacant Parcel: Any unimproved parcel within the district.
