TOWN OF TUSTEN
PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Tusten, in the County of Sullivan, State of New York, on September 13, 2022, duly enacted Local Law No. 2 of the Year 2022, entitled “A local law establishing a Conservation Advisory Council for the Town of Tusten, Sullivan County, New York,” and entered it in its minutes.
The aforesaid local law added a new Article II in Chapter 7 of the Town Code, entitled “Conservation Advisory Council” to establish a Conservation Advisory Council for the Town of Tusten and provides standards for appointment of members thereto, sets forth the duties thereof and makes other provisions regulating the manner in which it shall function.
