Frequently Asked Questions

If I receive a traffic ticket, how do I know how much the fine is?

You must sign the ticket either "Guilty" or "Not Guilty" and send the ticket to the court.  If you plead "Guilty" the court will send you a notice indicating the fine.  If you plead "Not Guilty", the court will send you a notice advising you of a pretrial conference date.
